Getting Started

Please call or email me if you are interested in a free 15 minute phone consultation or wish to set up an initial appointment.

Consider the following questions for this initial contact:

Why are you seeking out therapy at this time?
What are (if you know) your treatment goals?

Fees/Insurance

An initial 60 minute appointment is $250

Individual 50 minute appointments are $200

Phone/skype sessions are billed at the individual rate.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

I also provide treatment at a reduced, sliding scale fee to a specific percentage of my clients. Please contact me to discuss this option.

At this time, I do not contract with any third- party insurances. However, I am more than happy to speak with you about how the insurance process works, with regard to meeting your deductible and submitting claims for reimbursement. If you choose to use insurance for counseling reimbursement, I can work with you as an out of network provider. I will provide you with a bill that you can submit to your insurance provider.

Confidentiality

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required when canceling a scheduled appointment. Please note that without timely notification, you will be charged the full session fee. Contact me by phone if there are extenuating circumstances.

I highly value the trust my clients place in me and respect the confidentiality of your private information. Unless there is an imminent danger to yourself or others, anything you share with me is completely confidential. In the case of minors, the same applies, but I may share specific themes with caretakers, with your consent and when indicated. This will be discussed more thoroughly when we meet.
